Dear Fellow Bloggers
I am currently experimenting a life change.
Which is weird. I never thought I would.
It's not as if planned it.
But I guess change is what comes after you
accept in the bottom of your heart that Jesus Christ died for you
and loves you more than you can ever possible imagine.
Relax I am not going to give a big speach about religion.
I just wanted to share how it was that my life has began to change.
It hasn't been like a drastic dramatic change.
It started off intense but that first reaction was more emotion than anything.
Now its more gradual but its more concious.
Now the changes I am making aren't forced in to
They aren't momentary lapses of will.
The changes I am experimenting are real
I truly am trying to follow God's will
I try to pray more.
I attend Mass completely aware of how wonderful and extraordinarily it is.
I believe full heartedly that Communion is truly the body and blood of Jesus!
And I feel awful if I skip even one week.
I haven't been able to rid myself of all the worldly things that continue to pull me.
I trip constantly over the same stone.
I make stupid decisions.
At the begining I was trying to folllow my new path with out letting go of the old map.
As expected it didn't work out
I finally decided to take a leap
I am grabbing hold of my Lord
The road will be hard
The obstacles will hurt,
Things won't always go my way.
But I know as long as I have him
God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit will guide me.
My mother Mary will protect me
Perhaps some day I will let go
of the worldly life I cling to
But for now I work hard on slowly
little by little
changing.
