For those who haven't yet seen the story it goes like this: In this past May, Five kids between the ages of 12 to 15 invited a six year old boy called Christopher Raymundo Márquez Mora, to play. Then they tied him up, tortured him, while the poor child cried and bled. and after that had not been enough they killed him, and hid the body, the little bastards even helped the mother of the child look for the body, as if they had no clue what had happened to him. Finally and after getting contradicting testimonies, one of the boys cracked and confessed.
So the thing is, that in Mexico you can't place in jail kids under the age of 14, Mexico needs to change their age limit on judging children as adults, and they need to do it Now in this case to begin setting a precedent. Its not possible that of the five kids that violently tortured, murdered and hid the body of six year old Christopher only two of them will be punished. Apparently the other three because they are minors will only be sent to a reform school? Yeah, not possible!
It pissed me off the other day when I read about how the five children that brutally murdered Christopher were being called victims. Yes they do live surrounded by a society that is darkened with drugs, violence and hatred. But many kids in Mexico live in that situation and the majority don't do things like this because we all have free will, we are responsible for our own actions, those five need to be made responsible for their actions, and calling them victims isn't right for the true victim here Christopher! those five kids stopped being victims and became the monsters, they need to be punished, they need to be set as an example. \
I am sorry but I insist that the public has the right to know the names of these little monsters? The public should be able to know their names for the safety of other children, in fact these five should not even be allowed near any other children, ever! Look I am not saying they should stick these kids with adult murderer but they should be punished, they can't allowed their actions to go on with no consequences.
