What happened in Paris was horrible it brought back memories of other tragedies that the world has had to endure due to terrorism. It is beyond my comprehension how a person can cause that much damage, pain and death to other human beings, and cover its evil doing by claiming some sort of deranged religious reasoning.
The terror of Paris is now palpable in the whole world, in the middle of the tragedy it is very comforting to see how united people are with France, how we all feel so hurt by what happened that we are all praying for them, adding their flag to our Facebook picture, sending our love their way. I feel the pain too it was terrible, illogical and such a devastating event.
But now on Facebook, and talking to other friends I've heard a lot of hate.
And although being mad is completely normal, because such events should never happen anywhere, Hate is not the answer. The bad thing about Hate is that it isn't ever channeled just to the events in Paris, the hate is going all around. People, refugees are being blamed and its not fair.
The refugees are trying to escape the evilness as much as we are. We can't let fear take our humanity from us. Yes ISIS needs to be handled because people, terrorists like these won't stop until they have caused a lot more damage. Terrorist can't be allowed to continue to roam free making the entire world tremble. And I am not going to pretend that I know all the answers as to how ISIS needs to be handled because I have absolutely no idea but what I do know is that Hate produces Hate.
Those refugees need our support, they were forced to leave their home, in terror, to take a hell of a journey all in the hope that this new location will bring peace, a chance for a normal life. We need to try to be human, lets try to leave our hate aside and focus on staying human. Don't let what happened in Paris make your fear turn in to hate. Don't let the terrorist win. Show your support for the victims.
If you believe in God, Pray we need him. Now more then ever.
And if you don't believe well then believe in humanity support humanity by not hating, but instead supporting.
